Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 13, 2026
Steady Craft Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website and provides professional website and CRM services. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly (when you fill out a form, request a quote, or contact us):
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Company name and type of business
- Monthly spend and tool usage (on the Getting Serious intake)
- Anything else you write in a form's message field
We also collect limited automatic information when you visit this site:
- IP address, browser type, and device information
- Pages viewed and time spent
- Referring URL
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide quotes
- Deliver our services (build your website, manage your CRM, run your dashboards)
- Send you service updates and the occasional newsletter (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- Improve our site and understand how visitors use it
- Comply with legal obligations
Connecting your Facebook and Instagram accounts
If you are a client, you may choose to connect your Facebook Page and Instagram business account so we can manage your social presence for you. This is always optional, and you can disconnect at any time.
When you connect, we receive and store the following from Meta:
- Your Page and Instagram account name, ID, and profile details
- An access token that lets us act on your behalf (stored encrypted, never shared)
- Posts we publish for you, and the performance stats for those posts (reach, likes, comments)
- If you enable our inbound messaging feature: messages and leads people send to your Page, so we can reply to them for you
We use this only to deliver the service you asked for: publishing your posts, reporting how they performed, and responding to your inbound messages. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the providers listed below.
To disconnect, remove Steady Craft from your Facebook Business Integrations, or email us and we will disconnect it and delete the stored token.
Automated replies
If you enable inbound messaging, we use an AI service (Anthropic) to draft replies to messages your Page receives. Message content is sent to that provider only to generate the reply. It is not used to train their models.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We share limited information with service providers that help us operate, including hosting and databases (Cloudflare, Supabase), email delivery (Resend), payment processing (Stripe), AI processing (Anthropic), analytics (Google Analytics), and the social platforms you connect (Meta). These providers are contractually required to protect your data.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.
Your data, your ownership
If you become a client, you retain ownership of your content, contacts, and data. You can export it anytime, and if you cancel, we help you migrate out. We don't lock in client data.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we have about you
- Request corrections or deletion
- Opt out of marketing emails (every email has an unsubscribe link)
- Opt out of analytics tracking (use your browser's Do Not Track setting or a privacy extension)
- File a complaint with your local data protection authority
Email support@steadycraftsolutions.com to exercise any of these.
Deleting your data
You can have your data deleted at any time. There are two ways:
- Email us. Send a deletion request to support@steadycraftsolutions.com from the address on your account. We will confirm within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
- Disconnect Facebook or Instagram. Go to your Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, find Steady Craft, and remove it. This immediately revokes our access. We then delete the stored access token and any Page data we held.
Deletion removes your personal information, your stored access tokens, and the social content and message history we hold for you. We may keep records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices and payment records.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to make the site work and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling them won't break the site.
Data retention
We keep form submissions and client data for as long as we have an active relationship plus 3 years, then delete it. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
Children's privacy
Our services aren't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we'll post a notice here and, if you're a client, email you. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
